Smallest vertebrate in the world…well it depends…

Well, isn’t this just the cutest frog ever! and it is so small, measuring 7.7 mm snout to tail, but is it THE smallest vertebrate?  Some debate is raging with an angler fish moving in to claim the territory.  But does it just depend how you measure it? Some think it may:

 Either way he is much cooler than the scary looking angler fish, isn’t he?
