Test tube burgers

Being able to provide enough food for the growing global population is a real challenge.  Could growing burgers and steaks in the lab to be sold for food be the answer?  The Independent provides some balanced views on the interesting area of food science. 

But will you one day have to make a choice about whether to eat a tuna steak that has been made in a lab?
